What to expect
Dick's Bike Hire is located in the town of Portumna County Galway, visitors can enjoy all this heritage town has to offer. Situated on the banks of the River Shannon and Lough Derg it is an ideal base to go exploring by bike.
Cycle to Portumna Forest Park with its nature and bike trails, Portumna Castle and Abbey, Portumna recreational swimming park or the Famine Workhouse with guided tours. The town also has several cafes, restaurants, bars and shops.
Dick's Bike Hire is fully insured and clients are fitted to each bike and provided with a helmet and hi viz jacket. They supply local information and will mark out routes of interest on maps. If customers are staying locally the bikes can be kept overnight and returned the next day by arrangement.
