Claim and manage your page on Family Day Out

For venues, attractions, festivals and event organisers.

Families already discover days out on Family Day Out based on their children’s ages, travel time and the weather. Claiming your page is free and allows you to keep your information accurate, add photos and ticket links, and see how families interact with your page.

Claim your page in three steps

  1. 1

    Find your page

Search for your venue, attraction, festival or event below and select the correct page.

  2. 2

    Request access

Sign in, tell us your role and verify your connection using a work email, DNS record, website file or manual review.

  3. 3

    Manage it from your account

After you submit the request, a Pages tab appears in your account so you can follow verification. Once verified, you can update the page and see page views and link activity.

What you can manage

Update your name, description, opening hours, photos, website, booking link and phone number.

Changes made through your account will not be overwritten by future data updates. Reviews from families remain public and cannot be hidden or removed simply because a page has been claimed.

How verification works

You can verify your connection to a venue or organisation using:

  • A work email address matching the official website domain
  • A DNS TXT record
  • A small verification file added to the official website

Pages that only link to shared ticketing platforms, such as Ticketmaster or Eventbrite, are reviewed manually by the Family Day Out team.
