Saoire Mara Charters

Located in Kincasslagh, County Donegal, Saoire Mara Charters operates a charter boat offering boat trips for deep sea angling, sightseeing cruises and island trips.

The purpose built vessel MV Caitlin Marie is licensed to carry up to 12 passengers and can be chartered for full day (7 hrs), half day (3.5 hrs) and evenings. The boat has a heated cabin with sheltered seating, an on board toilet, a dive platform and ladder and a hot water boiler for complimentary tea and coffee.

Kincasslagh is an ideal base for deep sea angling with various types of ground and many species accessible only a short boat trip away. Individual inquiries also welcome and don't worry if you are not an angling expert as tuition can be provided for beginners. Rod and tackle hire is available on board.

The sightseeing cruises offer a great opportunity to experience the magnificent scenery of this rugged coastline. Cruising around the local islands of Owey, Cruit, Gola and Inisfree offers great photographic opportunities with their magnificent cliffs, caves and rock formations.

Kincasslagh is home of the famous singer Daniel O’Donnell and is located on the North West coast of Donegal 10km north from the town of Dungloe and 5km west of Donegal Airport where there are daily flights to Dublin and Glasgow.
