What to expect

Fun for all the family exploring this magical island in the Shannon estuary. Our OPW guides will tell you all about the monks, vikings, river pilots & a sea monster, who have lived here in the past. Keep your eyes open for the rare wildlife, enjoy the peace & quiet and all the fresh air. The adventure begins at Kilrush Creek Marina with fun activity sheets for the kids on board the ferry.
