Benoit runs a number of specialist courses for aspiring chocolate makers. These are popular with members of the local community and people holidaying in this scenic area. Learn how to prepare, handle and finish several different types of chocolate. The children's chocolate workshop is also a major hit, where children aged six years and above take part in chocolate tempering, moulding and dipping. They make their own chocolate bars and discs. Adults can join in too for a family day of fun.
Benoit also holds beginners and advanced chocolate making classes. Learn about piping techniques, ganache fillings, using a chocolate guitar, choosing equipment and perfecting your recipes.
