What to expect
Located in the heart of Ireland’s horse breeding country on the banks of the River Barrow, County Kilkenny, Goresbridge Horse Sales is within easy access of airports and ferry terminals. They hold seven sport horse performance sales throughout the year from February through to December with highlights including the spring and autumn sales of registered Connemara and Irish Draught. They are also going from strength to strength in the thoroughbred market, and their ground breaking ‘breeze up’ sales were the first ever to be held in Ireland.
From ponies and draughts to Million winners, as a consistent source of champions, their record is second to none and are proud to say that across every discipline of the international horse world will find Goresbridge horses among the top contenders.
Martin Donohoe and his dedicated staff are always on hand to advise and assist and encourage customers to see their chosen horse performing prior to sale.
