The waters around Kilmore Harbour are awash with an extensive variety of species including cod, pollock, and the ever popular bass. An angling trip with Kilmore Quay Angling is a great opportunity to bring home an abundant catch.
If angling is not for you take one of the scenic boat trips off the coast or around the Saltee Islands just off the coast of Kilmore Quay. The Saltee Islands are a nature reserve and home to many seabirds such as gannets and puffins and boasts one of the largest grey seal colonies in Ireland.
