The Hot Pod

The Hot Pod is a mobile sauna and operates from four coastal beaches in County Waterford. Visit The Hot Pod at Guillamene's Newtown Cove Tramore, Kilmurrin Cove, Clonea Lower Beach and Dunmore East. The wooden barrel sauna provides a tranquil space to soak up the sea views and the heat from the wood burning stove. Enjoy your wild swimming experience, and then dip in and out of the sea and sauna during your Hot Pod session.

Improved circulation, health and performance, and endurance are just some of the benefits of heat therapy. It also increases endorphins to provide the feel good factor and reduces feelings of stress and anxiety. You must be 16 years or older to experience all The Hot Pod has to offer. All 30 minute sessions are shared sessions and group bookings are also catered for. Each sauna session has availability for bookings of up to six people. Group bookings can be up to eight people.
