Lough Gara Country Pursuits

Lough Gara Country Pursuits is situated on the tranquil shores of Lough Gara near Boyle. They offer a wide range of activities, including horse riding, falconry, archery, clay shooting, air rifle shooting, airsoft shooting, assault courses, boating, and a pets corner. It is run by husband and wife team Jimmy and Adrien Kneale, with their daughter Dána.

Jimmy shoots on the Irish team and won a silver medal for Ireland in skeet shooting in the world championships in 2009. He is also an experienced falconer and has a wealth of knowledge of the wildlife and history of Lough Gara.

Adrien (BHSSM/II) runs the AIRE-approved riding stables and the pets village. Dána, who is studying tourism and management in college and shot on the Irish team, runs the children’s country pursuits.

Lough Gara Country Pursuits caters for families, schools, groups, clubs, scouts, corporates, parties, couples, and individuals.
