What to expect
Watershed Fly Fishing is owned and operated by Johannes Bulfin, who grew up fishing the very waters he now guides on. At Watershed Fly Fishing, the team specialises in fly fishing for pike, trout and perch, catering to everyone from complete novices to dedicated anglers, for whom fishing is a lifestyle rather than a hobby.
The River Shannon system, Lough Derg and Lough Ree, are not only abundant in fish but also rich in history, local culture and biodiversity. Viewed from the water, the angler will gain a perspective on the fortifications, bridges, monasteries and natural landscapes that line their banks.
Ireland is renowned for its exceptional fly fishing, and Watershed Fly Fishing delivers a truly bespoke experience. While quaint local eateries provide genuine hospitality and an authentic taste of the region.
