What to expect

A Halloween day out on the Whelan family farm at Castletaylor Demesne in Ardrahan, open weekends through October. As well as picking a pumpkin there are decorations and fancy dress, face painting and farmyard games including crazy golf, bowling and ring the bull, plus goats, unusual breeds of sheep, a Shetland pony and hens. Tea, coffee and spooky treats are served on site. Tickets must be pre-booked and have sold out in previous years.
