Seaside Alpacas

Families can take an alpaca for a walk along the coast to the beach, learning about them and feeding them treats. There are other farm animals to meet, and a craft studio to see how alpaca wool is used.
Visitors can spend time with alpacas and take them on a guided, scenic coastal walk to the beach. The walk lasts between 1.5 and 2 hours and covers varied terrain, including up and downhill paths. Seaside Alpacas are delighted to share their knowledge about alpacas, take photos of visitors with their new alpaca friends and allow them to feed the alpacas their favourite treats. Additionally, visitors are invited to share treats with other friendly animals, including horses, a pony and chickens.
Afterwards, visitors can check out the fibre craft studio, where they will be shown the process of how the sustainable knitwear line is created. This full farm experience is the perfect program for an active and educational day out with animals and nature for adults, older kids and friends.
