Founded by a passionate team of four individuals, their mission is to share the rejuvenating power of nature with the world. Offering a trifecta of relaxation, their service combines traditional Finnish saunas with custom built commercial plunge pools or ice baths and a coffee truck serving artisanal brews from West Cork Coffee. The wellness experiences are carefully crafted to provide a holistic approach to relaxation and rejuvenation.
