Scenic Area Mahon Falls
Families can take a moderate walk from the car park to the base of Mahon Falls, an 80m waterfall in the Comeragh Mountains. There are lovely views of the sea and Dungarvan.
Mahon Falls is an 80m waterfall formed where the waters of the River Mahon plunge over sandstone cliffs on the southern slopes of the Comeragh Mountains, in County Waterford. There is a car park close to the falls with a moderate walk to get to their base and beautiful views back towards the sea and the town of Dungarvan.
