Fairbrook House Garden, at Kilmeaden, near the Waterford Greenway, is 3.5 acres of formal garden with water features and stonework from the former mill buildings incorporated into the design. Separated from the garden by a narrow road, is 3 acres of woodland along with the remains of the impressive walls of the old mill. In the outhouse, there is a gallery with art on display. There is also a museum shop with tea available. It is not wheelchair accessible.

Fairbrook House Garden and Museum is open May to September and at other times by prior appointment.
